To ensure confidence in your purchase, Zariva offers a limited colour warranty on selected jewellery.
Warranty Coverage
SS316 Jewellery
Covered by a 1-Year Colour Warranty from the date of purchase.
SS304 Jewellery
Covered by a 6-Month Colour Warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to colour fading or plating defects caused by manufacturing issues under normal usage.
Warranty Resolution
If a product qualifies under our warranty policy, Zariva may offer one of the following solutions at its sole discretion:
• Product replacement
• Store credit
• Repair where applicable
Each product is eligible for one warranty claim only during the warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or accidental damage
• Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, sweat, or harsh cleaning agents
• Improper storage or handling
• Colour fading caused by prolonged friction or misuse
• Lost or stolen items
