Return & Refund Policy – Zariva™

At Zariva™, every jewellery piece is carefully packed with love and quality checks. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns only if:

• You received a damaged item
• You received the wrong product
• The product has a manufacturing defect

Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@zarivajewels.in with your Order ID, clear product photos, and an unboxing video (required for damage claims)

Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain hygiene and product quality, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Earrings or worn jewellery once opened/used
• Minor colour differences due to lighting or photography
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

Once your request is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
• COD orders → refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order anytime.
