Cancellation Policy – Zariva Jewels

At Zariva Jewels, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please email us at support@zarivajewels.in with your Order Number and registered email ID.

After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may refer to our Return Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation will simply stop the shipment.

Important Note
Zariva Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
